1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by CLINTON Großhandels-GmbH, Handwerkerstraße 19, 15366 Hoppegarten, Germany ("Organizer", "CLINTON", "we").

The Organizer is solely responsible for organizing and conducting this giveaway. Instagram is neither associated with nor responsible for the administration of this giveaway. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility and Prize

a) By participating in this giveaway, participants accept these Terms & Conditions.

b) Eligible to participate are all natural persons aged 18 years or older who have a public Instagram profile and are able to provide a delivery address in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, France, Slovenia, Croatia, or Spain. Each participant may enter the giveaway only once.

c) The following persons are excluded from participation:

• legal representatives and employees of CLINTON Großhandels-GmbH (including affiliated companies),
  
• CLINTON Logistik GmbH,
  
• CL Suisse Handels GmbH,
  
• CL Austria Handels GmbH,
  
• CL Czechia s.r.o.,
  
• their retail partners,
  
• Chelsea Franchise GmbH,
  
• other representatives and employees of the Organizer's distribution partners,
• and representatives and employees of the Organizer's cooperation partners.
  

d) To participate, participants must complete the steps described in the giveaway post (Section 3 b).

e) By participating in this giveaway, participants release Meta from any liability in connection with this giveaway.

• f) A total of five prizes will be awarded:
  1 × GAASTRA x SNEEKWEEK #89 Polo Shirt in White, with an approximate retail value of EUR 80 each.

g) Any taxes arising from acceptance of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

h) Cash payment, substitution of the prize with cash, or the issuance of vouchers equivalent to the prize value is excluded.

i) Participation in the giveaway is not dependent upon the purchase of any products or subscription to the Organizer's newsletter.

3. Giveaway Procedure

a) The giveaway is available via the Organizer's Instagram account:
https://www.instagram.com/gaastrafashion/

The giveaway runs from 2 July 2026 until 7 July 2026.

b) To participate, participants must:

1. Like the giveaway post;
   
2. Follow @gaastrafashion and @sneekweekfest on Instagram; and
3. Leave a comment stating their preferred size.

c) The prize draw will take place after the participation period has ended and no later than 8 July 2026.

d) The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or cancel the giveaway at any time, including before the scheduled end date, particularly if proper administration of the giveaway can no longer be guaranteed due to technical, legal, health-related, or other reasons.

e) The Organizer further reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway at any time if they violate these Terms & Conditions. This also applies to violations committed by third parties acting on behalf of a participant.

4. Selection and Notification of Winners

a) Winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants who have fulfilled the participation requirements.

b) Winners will be selected no later than 8 July 2026, 6:00 p.m. (CEST). Winners will be notified no later than 9 July 2026, 7:00 p.m. (CEST).

c) Winners will be notified via direct message through their Instagram account.

d) If a winner fails to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide the requested contact and shipping information by email within two business days after notification, the prize claim shall expire and a replacement winner will be selected.

e) The prize will be shipped to the winner by post at the Organizer's expense.

f) Legal recourse with respect to the selection and notification of winners is excluded.

5. Liability

a) Unlimited Liability

The Organizer shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as in accordance with the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). In cases of slight negligence, the Organizer shall also be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

b) Limited Liability

In all other cases, the following limited liability shall apply: In cases of slight negligence, the Organizer shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), i.e. obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance participants may regularly rely. Liability for slight negligence shall be limited to damages that were foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract and are typically expected to occur. These limitations of liability shall also apply in favor of the Organizer's agents and vicarious agents.

c) The Organizer accepts no liability for content posted by other users.

1. Processing of Personal Data

We process your personal data (email address, first name, last name, and delivery address) solely for the proper administration and execution of the giveaway.

For the purpose of shipping the prize, we collect the winner's first name, last name, and postal address and share this information with the shipping service provider commissioned by us. No further disclosure of your personal data to third parties will take place.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data Retention

Following the conclusion of the giveaway, personal data processed in connection with the giveaway will be deleted no later than three (3) months after the end of the giveaway, unless valid consent for further processing (e.g. for newsletter subscriptions) has been obtained or we have another legitimate legal basis for continued storage.

3. Your Rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the following rights under the GDPR:

7. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the participant is a consumer, this choice of law shall apply only insofar as it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory statutory provisions or case law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
