All you need to do is log in to the online shop with your email address. Enter it in the customer account section and you will receive a confirmation code by email. After entering the code, you will be logged in automatically and can view your orders.

Our warehouse is fully automated, so it is not possible to intervene in the process and cancel orders. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to change the size or colour, or to add a voucher code or another item.

Please allow us some time to prepare your order for dispatch. We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours, but some orders may take a little longer.

How long does delivery usually take?

The delivery time is 2-4 working days for Germany (other countries may differ) and parcels are delivered Monday to Saturday. We will inform you of the expected delivery time for your order in the order overview and in your order confirmation email.

Yes, you can! Our shipping partner DHL will send you an email to notify you of your parcel delivery. You can use this to specify your preferred delivery location, such as a parcel shop, or change the delivery date.

Your parcel will be shipped by standard delivery with the shipping provider DHL to your desired address.
The shipping costs for your delivery country will be displayed after you enter the delivery address.

Standard shipping for Germany is 5.95 EUR.
Returns are free of charge up to May 2026. From June 2026, the following costs will apply:
The return shipping cost per parcel for Germany is 2.95 EUR.
The following costs apply for other delivery countries:
DHL shipping
- Poland, Netherlands: 5.95 EUR
- Belgium, Austria and Czechia: 6.95 EUR
- Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain: EUR 12.50 EUR
Returns are free of charge up to May 2026. From June 2026, the following costs will apply:
DHL returns
- Poland, Netherlands: 2.95 EUR
- Belgium, Austria and Czechia: 4.95 EUR
- Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain: 9.50 EUR

Here's how it works:
Go to the returns portal or click on ‘Register Return’ at the bottom of the page.
Log in with your email address and order number to create a return or track its status.
Select the number of items and the reason for the return.
Please state the actual reason for your return. This information helps us as valuable feedback to continuously improve our products, our service and your shopping experience.
You can then create your DHL returns label. We will then send it to you by email or you can use the QR code. Please pack the items carefully for return and check that they are complete.
Simply drop off your parcel at your nearest DHL branch or Packstation. It can take up to 14 working days for your return to reach us and be refunded — but we are usually faster than that!

Once we have received your return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method used. The duration of the refund depends on the payment provider and can take up to 14 days.
Please note that delivery costs cannot be refunded for partial returns.

Your discount or promotional codes can be entered during the final step of the ordering process.

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, it is not possible to apply discount and promotional codes after an order has been completed.
